(Early 2010s) Akashi Castle

Akashi Castle in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture was built in the first half of the 17th century.

The holes in the wall are called “Sama”. Sama is a hole made to snipe enemies attacking the castle. In addition to squares and circles, Sama also has triangular ones.
