That all looks absolutely delicious! I'm learning so much from your photos. Today the lesson is that I need to be more adventurous in my cooking! 😂 Thank you!
I love Japanese curry! My husband makes it at home but we cheat and use the curry blocks. Although I made a duck ramen recently that took hours to make and was totally worth it!
Most Japanese people also use curry blocks when making curry at home. Some people mix curry blocks from different brands, add a small amount of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce as a secret ingredient, and sometimes add Japanese-style dashi granules if they want a Japanese-style taste. By the way, I also like to eat curry with pasta. Even so, it's amazing to spend hours making ramen. I would love to try the duck ramen you make.
I'm hungry too. But it's now 1am. (>_<)
It's dinner time somewhere!
😁

You are welcome. I hope my photos help inspire you.
See, Jules. You may enjoy the process of cooking one day!
I do hope so, Jo. That looks amazing!
