No sabía que había hoteles cápsula en otros países además de Japón. Este hotel definitivamente recuerda a la gente a un ataúd y los hace sentir como el Conde Drácula.

Even though I'm not claustrophobic, I get a little nervous inside a capsule. However, some people may find comfort in this small space.

I empathize with your daughter. When I was a kid, I used to put a futon in my closet and use it as my bedroom.

I ❤️ bidets! Flush indeed!

Washlet (a toilet with a washing function) was installed in my house around 1980, but at the time I thought it was an overkill. After that, I moved out and started living alone in an apartment without a washlet. When I was in my 30s, I developed hemorrhoids and changed my mind.

I did marketing for Toto for awhile. We Americans were amazed at how much technology They used for toilets. Music, fans, heaters, sprays.... You name it, their toolets has it. We thought the Japanese were insane! But once you try a washlet or bidet, you will NEVER go back to the primitive ways unless you are forced to.

It is true that many people will not want to return to their previous world after experiencing it even once. It was this TV commercial in 1982 that made Washlet recognized in Japan.

I felt the pressure there too, so I completely understand how you feel.
