(Early 2010s) Fireworks On The Miyoshi Lake
Fireworks are a summer tradition in Japan, and fireworks displays are held all over Japan during the summer. The fireworks festival held every summer in Miyoshi City, Aichi Prefecture, is not large in scale, but it has a unique feature: boats decorated with lanterns come and go over the lake.

I am fond of fireworks and appreciate your lovely pictures. The boats lit up were both cute and elegant. Mostly, I loved the several pictures of the crowd, faces upturned to the skies; kids so excited I think they will jump with joy in the next moment. Brings a smile to my face. thank you.
