What a beautiful large bamboo tree garden or park . Is this the most large bamboo or are there more extendet versions in Japan? It looks so light, the view through bamboo leaves into the sky. Love it!
These pictures are so awesome, I love the shrine's well and the view of the sea-side they are amazing, somehow you've captured a great deal of the tranquility inherent in these locations Shimizu-san.
Hmm good point, I like Lake Biwa in particular, wonder if it might be possible once in Japan to get a boat and go fish on the Lake (I like fishing and boating). Might not be a good idea, I might fall asleep given how peaceful Biwa is and Japan can be hahaha.

Thank you. This bamboo forest is of medium size. Bamboo larger than this grows all over Japan.

I think you feel even more serenity because these are lakes rather than sea.

I too like the relaxed atmosphere of Lake Biwa, and would like to live near Lake Biwa or the Seto Inland Sea in the future.

Everywhere I took these photos is usually peaceful. However, it can get busy during the cherry blossom season.
