I feel like Japan is becoming cleaner every year. When I was a child, there was more trash in town.
I guess the relative ease of maintenance and repair of overhead wires wins out in Japan over reducing the clutter in the viewscape
This is probably not unrelated to the fact that Japan has many disasters.
本郷!!! I worked near the station in 1985. Everything is gone now. New buildings. I don’t recognize it anymore. Brings back memories. Great pics of typical Japan.
What a coincidence! I loved that town. That town has just the right amount of ups and downs, making it a fun place to take photos.
