Are you referring to the first photo? It's been about 10 years since I had that dish, so I don't remember what it was and I can only judge from this photo, but what you thought was French fries or kinpira is probably KAKIAGE (fried onions, carrots, and shrimp) because it has salt next to it.
Thank you! I stayed up late to cook and chop all the ingredients but it was worth it :) Next time I will use Bulgarian smoked ham instead of bacon, more eggs, and increase the amount of Dijon mustard.
