This vending machine provides Wi-Fi and can generate electricity by turning the handle, making it possible to provide drinks (for free) in the event of a power outage caused by a disaster. In the event of a major earthquake or other disaster, transportation will stop and food and beverage retail stores will close, so progress is being made in developing a system to provide free food and drinks to people who are unable to return home.
