How do they compare to fresh ones?

Of course, nothing beats fresh, but I mean taste-wise.

For example, the yakisoba in the first photo is originally made by frying noodles on a hot plate, but instant yakisoba is made by pouring hot water into a cup to soften the noodles, discarding the water when the noodles are soft, and eating with sauce. The taste is similar, but the texture is completely different. I didn't dislike the taste of instant foods in the past, but as I get older, I find them less and less delicious.
