She’s called Nana-chan, a famous sight In Nagoya. She’s been in front of that department store forever. (Older than she looks 😉.)

Love the curves of the last interior walkway, is this a shopping center?
That is a covered shopping street. In the past, there were many such shopping streets all over Japan, but recently they are disappearing due to the increase in large shopping malls.
