In Japan, the rainy season lasts for about a month around June, followed by the onset of summer. These people must have been waiting for the arrival of summer in the rain.
Living by the beach 14 years, the photos, even from a totally different geographic zone, bring back memories of sunning, beach umbrellas, fishing, paddle ball, etc. I really miss it so thank you for this pleasant viewing!
It sounds like the beach is a place filled with wonderful memories for you. Since I was born and raised in a landlocked part of Japan, I’ve always felt a deep longing for the ocean. That’s why I still get a sense of excitement whenever I visit the beach.
Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside. What a lovely place!
The place was an inland sea surrounded by a peninsula, so the waves were calm and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
Ah, summers at the beach. I can feel the sun on my back. Thank you.

Same, except for those years in Spain, in a beach town. So I understand completely!
I want to go there! Now! 😊
Looking at the photos made me want to go to the beach too.
