大須 Ōsu
(Late 2010s)
大須 (Ōsu) is one of the busiest areas in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. Ōsu Shopping Street, adjacent to Ōsu Kannon Temple, was originally a popular area with many electronics retailers and stores selling electrical parts, similar to 秋葉原 (Akihabara) in Tokyo and 日本橋 (Nipponbashi) in Osaka, but now it is bustling as a mecca for fashion, subculture, and otaku.

Kannon Temple, is that a temple of the many-named White Goddess, Ywan Yin, Mother Mary?
"
The valley spirit never dies;
It is the woman, primal mother.
Her gateway is the root of heaven and earth.
It is like a veil barely seen.
Use it; it will never fail.

That looks like it'd be a fun place to go.
