Ricoh Changed Me.
It took me to a new world.
In 2008, I purchased a Ricoh Caplio GX100. It was a camera small enough to fit in my shirt pocket, and I was able to do the entire photo shoot with one hand.
It took only 5 seconds for me to pull out the camera, turn it on, press the shutter button, and put the camera in my pocket.
And my wide end was 28mm before I used this camera, but the GX100 brought me into the world of 24mm and gave me a macro perspective at the same time. That alone made a big difference for me, but the most notable thing was the quality of the photos. The Ricoh camera and lens did a good job of capturing the moisture in the air. And I fell in love with its moist tone.
The Ricoh quickly became part of my body and my photography life changed dramatically. And… a few years later, I was doomed to be stuck in a swamp of crazy perverted cameras called the Ricoh GXR.

A camera that you are excited to use makes all of the difference in the world. I've never shot with this beauty, but since getting a Ricoh GR III I can completely understand your love for this camera.
