(Early 2010s) Nana-chan's Jaw Dropped.
Nana-chan is a popular person in Nagoya City. She is standing at the entrance of a department store in front of Nagoya Station. She changes her outfit every season. And every time she changes clothes, many fans come to take pictures with her.
On rare occasions, she is attacked by Godzilla (see previous articles), and sometimes she boldly shows off her naked appearance. It seems that Nana-chan was too surprised by the discount campaign that was going on at the department store that day.
Not gonna lie, I always found Nana-chan uncomfortable when I lived in Nagoya, maybe I'm just very prudish and just cannot wrap my head around her. Apologies, still though these pictures of the bustling crowds going through the building was fun, and great for reminiscing about that time. So glad you posted this Shimizu-san, I know it cannot have been easy after recent events. You truly deserve a lot of credit for your determination to carry on, to remind people of Japan's beauty and the enduring nature of her children.
