Love the Subaru 360 and its historic place in Japanese car development. I think this is one of the most important cars in the history of Japan automobile industry.. it is very fun to watch a television show called project X Subaru, which explains how this car was invented. some of the same aircraft engineers that made the zero in World War II were reassigned to make public transportation. Subaru 360 is very similar to the place of the Volkswagen bug in the development of a small personal car for individuals and families. And we know the word Subaru is a Japanese word for the Pleiades star formation with its six stars its logo has come from the shape of the Pleiades! I have owned two Subarus in my lifetime

The tricycle design for the Daihatsu Midget is pleasing to me. I like when people figure out non-standard answers to problems.

It's interesting to learn here how the Subaru logo developed. Looks nothing like today's of course, but 4 wheel drive was their thing even back then, what a success story. I am partial to little red sports cars, so the Daihatsu Spider is lovely. The Italian influence not only in the style but the name (campagno means partner) suggests design was imported or co-developed from Italy. Apparently later purchased by Datsun.
