In 2014, I moved to Nagakute city in Aichi prefecture, and discovered a unique festival that takes place there every fall. The festival is called “Keigo Matsuri” and is based on the “Komaki, Nagakute no tatakai (Battle of Komaki and Nagakute)” that took place there in 1584.
