THUNDERBIRDS
a MAN remains a BOY
When I was a child, I loved “Thunderbirds” which was broadcast on TV. It is a British television drama series. The drama, created by Gerry Anderson using Supermarionation, captivated Japanese boys and remains highly popular to this day.
Thunderbirds was broadcast in the UK from 1965 to 1966, but it started airing in Japan a year later and has been rebroadcast many times since then.

The biggest attractions that his works have in common are music and special effects. The wonderful music composed and arranged by Barry Gray, along with the special effects by Derek Meddings, really captured my heart.
Gerry Anderson also produced other Supermarionation films such as “Stingray”, “Captain Scarlet and The Mysterons”, and “Joe 90”, which were also broadcast in Japan.
When I was a kid, I was obsessed with “Thunderbirds”, but as I grew up, I fell in love with “UFO”. UFO was Gerry Anderson's first live-action drama. This work was made for adults and focused on human drama.

Has no tv in these days. My parents where in love with wood toys,Lego, nature, bike and books. I took the painting option ¡|^•^|¡
And later I found tv sometimes boring. So I started crafting to not fall asleep....🤭
Gerry Anderson was a genius and these programmes were marvellous. Thunderbirds are GO!
